The Youth Ministry at Rockville Bible Church includes Sunday morning and Tuesday night activities.

Sunday Morning

Sunday School for kids (3 years old through Junior/Senior High) starts at 9:00 AM. Younger children "check in" with their parents/legal guardians. A nursery is also available for those younger than 3 years of age.

Tuesday Evening

There is a combined youth program on Tuesday nights from 6:30 - 8:30 PM at the church.

Boys and Girls (ages 3 yrs - 6th grade) can participate in the Awana program. Awana information

Junior and Senior High youth can participate in a combined program that runs from 6:30 - 8:30 PM as well. A typical Tuesday night starts with a "team building activity" where teens get to know each other and build trust. Afterwards the group settles down for an "open dialog" Bible study. More information

Summer Vacation Bible School (VBS) open to youth in pre-school through the 6th grade, and is a week-long program, usually offered in the evening during the summer. This year's VBS will br June 23-27. More details

Richard Manrique - Youth Ministry

Awana is an international, Bible-centered children's and youth ministry providing local churches with weekly clubs, programs and training for students in preschool through high school. Our goal is to equip churches to reach children and teenagers, and their families, with the gospel of Christ and train them to serve Him. The acronym AWANA comes from the first letters of Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed as taken from 2 Timothy 2:15.

Awana offers sound Biblical instruction, scripture memory, organized games, great Christian fellowship, and awards for completing scripture verses and good sportsmanship.
